Rollout Seat is built for one job: making a restaurant brand's furniture repeatable. Chains and franchise systems do not need one beautiful dining room; they need the same dining room, delivered on time, in every city they open. Rollout Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) exists to make that routine.
Why a program, not a purchase
Most brands start by buying furniture store by store. By the fifth opening the fabric has changed dye lot, a booth has gained an inch, a supplier has substituted a base, and nobody can say which version is correct. A program fixes this. We define each item once - drawing, finish codes, reference sample - and hold it under revision control. Each new store is an order against that package, not a new specification.
How we work with development teams
We start from your prototype plan and FF&E list. We propose standard items from our booth system, chairs and tables, or develop custom items to your design. Samples are built and signed. The package is then frozen for the rollout, with unit costs per store format. When your development calendar is set, we reserve production slots against opening dates and plan containers, kitting and labelling store by store. Construction managers receive packing lists and install sheets that match the cartons on site.
The factory
We are the manufacturer. Our production base is in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong Province, China, the world's largest furniture trading hub. Frames, foam, upholstery, metal and stone work, and export packing are handled there, and orders ship factory-direct by sea. We are open about manufacturing in China; for multi-unit programs, the practical advantages are factory-direct unit costs, the capacity to build many store kits in parallel, and direct control over the reference standard.
Who it is for
Development, construction and procurement teams at restaurant chains, franchise systems and multi-unit operators - full-service, fast casual, cafe and bar concepts - in the US, Canada and the UK. Programs range from a regional brand opening a few stores a year to larger rollouts with phased deliveries.
Experience
Across EASEN Commercial Furniture, our team has delivered furniture for a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Each taught us that the details which decide an opening - packing, labelling, installation and repairs after the first busy month - matter as much as the design.
How we state commitments
Lead times are typical ranges confirmed in each quote; prices are quoted per program and store format. Flammability and performance requirements are met item by item to the destination market's rules on request, with test reports for specific items where available.
