Development, construction and procurement teams use it to make store 30 match store 1.

A spec that does not drift

A spec that does not drift

Every item in your package is defined by an approved drawing, a finish code list and a signed reference sample, all held under a revision number. Store 12 is built to the same revision as store 2 unless your team issues a change. When a change is approved, we record which stores get the new revision and which keep the old.

Built for freight and install
02

Built for freight and install

Chain furniture lives or dies on landed cost and install hours. Our booth platforms include flat-pack, bolt-together and nesting designs that cut packed volume, plus pinned joints and adjustable levelers that let general contractors' crews install consistently without specialist upholsterers on site.

Kitted by store, phased by opening
03

Kitted by store, phased by opening

Each store's package is packed, labelled and documented as a unit: store number, zone, item code, carton x of y. Load plans follow your opening calendar, so a container can carry two stores' kits or one store's phased delivery, and your site team receives a checklist that matches the cartons.

04How a rollout works
  1. 1

    Prototype package

We review your prototype plan and FF&E list, propose standard items or develop custom ones, and issue drawings, finish codes and a costed package per store format.

  2. 2

    Sample and lock

Pre-production samples are built and signed as reference standards. Drawings, finishes and packaging are frozen under a revision number for the rollout.

  3. 3

    Store orders

Each store is ordered against the locked package with its own quantities and opening date. We confirm production slots and ship dates per store.

  4. 4

    Production, kitting and inspection

Items are built in our Lecong production base, inspected against the reference standard, and packed and labelled by store and zone.

  5. 5

    Freight and opening

We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, ship to your consolidation point or site, and supply packing lists and install sheets matched to each store's floor plan.

07FAQ
What is a restaurant furniture program?

A furniture program is a locked package of furniture items - booths, chairs, tables, front-of-house pieces - defined once by drawings, finishes and reference samples, then ordered repeatedly for each new store of a chain or franchise. Rollout Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) builds and manages these packages so every store opens with the same specification.

How do you keep store 20 identical to store 1?

Every item is held under an approved drawing, a finish code list and a signed reference sample, all with a revision number. Production for each store is checked against the reference sample. If your team approves a change, it becomes a new revision and we record which stores receive it, so differences are deliberate and documented.

What lead time should we plan for a store opening?

Lead times are typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after drawing and sample approval, plus ocean transit and customs clearance. Each quote confirms the lead time. For planning, most chains release the store order 14-20 weeks before the furniture install date, depending on destination.

Can you pack and label furniture by store?

Yes. Each store's order is packed as a kit with labels showing store number, zone, item code and carton x of y, with a packing list and floor-plan install sheet per store. Kits can ship in their own container, share a container with another store, or be split into phased deliveries.

Do you ship to the US, Canada and the UK?

Yes. We export-pack and ship by sea from South China. We quote FOB at the port of loading, CIF to your destination port, or DDP delivered on request. Under FOB and CIF, your forwarder and customs broker handle import; under DDP, the delivered price includes clearance and duties as stated in the quote.

Is there a minimum order per store?

Minimums are low for contract orders and confirmed per design. Most chains order complete store kits; small top-up orders for repairs or extra seats can be consolidated with the next store's shipment to keep freight efficient. Mixed-SKU container loads are welcome.
