Rollout Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) builds furniture programs for restaurant chains and franchise systems: a locked standard package of booths, chairs, tables and front-of-house pieces, made to order in our own production base in Foshan, China, kitted and labelled by store, and shipped factory-direct on each opening's schedule. Development, construction and procurement teams use it to make store 30 match store 1.
Modular Booth System
The Modular Booth System is a family of booth modules - straight, corner, island, curve and counter-height - that share one seat height, one depth, one cap detail and one finish list, so every store layout is assembled from the same parts.

Baseline Straight Booth
The core module of the booth system: a single-sided straight booth with a plain back, metal top cap and square ends that join to the next module in a continuous run.

Turn Corner Module
A 90-degree corner module with a mitered triangular corner seat, carrying the back and top cap continuously around the L.

Island Double Booth
A freestanding back-to-back booth with a shared spine and radiused ends, seating two tables of four in the middle of the dining room.

Arc Curve Booth
A curved booth on a 47 in (120 cm) inner radius, seating five to six around a 36 in (90 cm) round table, with the top cap bent to follow the arc.

Counter-Height Booth
A counter-height booth on a steel frame with a 24 in (61 cm) seat and integrated foot rail, for window ledges, bar backs and narrow zones where a dining booth does not fit.
Rollout-Engineered Booths
Rollout-engineered booths are booth constructions designed around the economics of multi-unit programs - packed volume, install time, repairability and SKU count - rather than around a single store.

FlatShip Booth
A booth whose back and seat box ship as separate components and bolt together on site on an aluminum rail, cutting packed height and freight volume per store.

BoltFrame Steel Booth
A booth built on a bolted black steel tube frame with exposed metal node sleeves and no welds, so damaged members can be replaced on site.

ServiceEdge Booth
A booth whose high-wear parts - the seat front edge, the end corners and the seat cushion - are individually replaceable, extending the service life of the frame.

NestPack Booth
A booth designed to nest inside the next one for shipping, using a raked back and a tapered seat box, to raise container utilization on multi-store shipments.

PinLine Joint Booth
A booth module system with metal alignment pins, chamfered sockets and 45-degree mitered caps, so long runs install straight and level without visible steps.

LevelSet Booth
A booth with adjustable leveling feet roughly every 20 in (50 cm) along its base, reachable through notches in the toe-kick, for floors that are not flat.

TriHeight Booth Platform
One seat box, base and cushion with three interchangeable back heights - low, mid and high - so a program covers several seating zones with one core SKU.

SwapPad Booth
A booth whose back and seat are each made of three independent upholstered pads held by snaps and hook-and-loop, so one damaged pad is replaced without taking the booth out of service.
Chairs and Stools
The program chair and stool range covers the four seats most chains need - a side chair opposite booths, a low-arm chair, a stacking chair and a bar or counter stool - all at standard commercial heights and built for daily heavy use.

Program Side Chair
An upholstered dining side chair on slim square steel legs, with a reveal between back and seat and welt outlining the form - the standard chair opposite booths.

Low-Arm Chair
An armchair with a continuous light oak hoop forming back and arms, set low enough that the arms clear a standard dining table and the chair pushes fully in.

Stack-8 Chair
A light upholstered stacking chair on a 0.9 in (2.2 cm) steel tube frame that stacks eight high, for flexible areas, private dining and catering.

Rail Bar Stool
A bar stool with splayed steel legs, braced frame, upholstered seat and back, and a full metal foot ring set into the legs - at 30 in bar or 24 in counter height.
Tables and Bases
Program tables use a small number of bases across all top sizes, so a chain can change table mix by store without adding new base SKUs, with tops in stone, sintered stone, laminate or wood edged in solid timber.

Column Square Table
A 30 in (76 cm) square table on a flat steel column and cross foot with levelers, in dining, counter and bar heights from the same base family.

Column Round Table
A 36 in (90 cm) round table on the same flat steel column, with a 20 in (50 cm) disc foot whose undercut edge keeps it visually light.

A-Frame Communal Table
A 94 x 36 in (240 x 90 cm) communal table seating ten, on two black steel A-frame trestles set in from the ends and tied by a single metal stretcher.

Twin-Post Stone-Top Table
A rectangular four-top with a light marble-look top framed in a solid wood edge, carried on two black steel posts and a rectangular plate foot.

Inlay-Top Pedestal Table
A square two-top with a dark inlaid top framed by a wood edge, on a single black column and round disc foot.
Front of House
Front-of-house pieces - host stands, waiting seating and upholstered wall panels - carry the brand at the entrance and are standardized like the dining room so every store greets guests the same way.

Knock-Down Host Stand
A host stand built as furniture rather than site millwork, with a 42 in guest-side counter, a 36 in work surface inside, upholstered front and a metal kick plate, shipped knocked down.

Arc Waiting Settee
A two-seat settee whose back and arms form one continuous curve, with a single long seat cushion and an oak plinth, for waiting areas and small lounge corners.

Upholstered Wall Panel Kit
A cleat-hung upholstered wall panel in horizontal rolls with inset metal strips, oak cap and base rail, and optional coat hooks, matched to the booth system.
