The NestPack Booth is shaped for the container. Its back rakes back about 12 degrees and its seat box tapers in about 1.2 in (3 cm) on each side, so one unit slides partly inside the next. In the reference design, two nested units are only about 10 in (25 cm) longer than one.
What it changes. More booths per container, which lowers freight cost per seat on multi-store shipments. Container gains depend on the full kit mix, so we model the load plan for your actual store kits.
Construction. Hardwood and engineered-ply frame with nylon slides under the base to ease nesting and unloading. Standard geometry: 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 20.5 in (52 cm) depth, 33.5 in (85 cm) back - a lower, lighter profile suited to cafes and fast casual dining.
Rollout notes. Nested pairs are labelled together by store. The raked back is part of the design, and comfortable for short and mid-length meals.
