Long booth runs installed by general contractor crews often end up with height steps, gaps and misaligned caps. The PinLine Joint Booth removes the judgment from the joint. Each module end carries 0.8 in (2 cm) metal alignment pins that engage chamfered sockets in the next module; matching half-plates in the base close into a single plate; and the top caps are mitered at 45 degrees so they meet as one line.
What it changes. Joints cannot be assembled out of line, so a run looks the same in every store regardless of who installs it.
Construction. Hardwood and engineered-ply modules, 47 in (120 cm) long as standard, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 22 in (56 cm) depth, 39 in (100 cm) back. Concealed connector bolts pull modules together after the pins locate them.
Rollout notes. Modules are labelled with run and position numbers, and the install sheet shows the sequence. Pins and bolts ship fitted or in labelled bags with each module.
