Welded frames that bend in transit are scrapped. The BoltFrame Steel Booth is assembled entirely with bolted joints: 1.6 in (4 cm) square black steel tube, square metal node sleeves about 2.4 in (6 cm) at each joint, hex nuts and a triangulated brace under the seat.
What it changes. If one member is damaged, that member is replaced. Frames pack as kits of straight tube and pre-upholstered seat and back pads. Assembly needs a hex key and a two-person crew, not a welder or a specialist installer.
Construction. Powder-coated steel tube and fabricated node sleeves; upholstered seat and back on ply backers fixed to the frame. The exposed nodes are part of the look - an industrial detail suited to fast casual, food hall and cafe concepts. Standard geometry: 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 22 in (56 cm) depth, 37 in (95 cm) back.
Rollout notes. Spare members and node sleeves can be held regionally. Finish codes for tube and nodes are set per brand standard.
