The question operations teams ask is simple: if one cushion is cut, how long is the table out of service? With the SwapPad Booth, the answer is minutes. Back and seat are each divided into three pads; each pad is held by metal snap fasteners and hook-and-loop on a ply backer and lifts away by hand.
What it changes. Stores keep a few spare pads; a manager replaces a damaged one during a quiet period. No technician, no booth removal, no waiting for a full replacement. The continuous metal cap across the top keeps the run looking whole.
Construction. Hardwood and engineered-ply frame with ply backers and snap bases; pads of HR foam on rigid backers. Standard geometry: 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 22 in (56 cm) depth, 39 in (100 cm) back.
Rollout notes. Pads are interchangeable within a position type (all seat pads, all back pads), so spares are minimal. Order replacements by item code; color and dye-lot consistency is managed against the reference sample.
