New stores and converted units rarely have flat floors. Without levelers, booths rock, joints creak and seat lines step. The LevelSet Booth sits on adjustable feet - threaded metal studs with lock nuts and nylon pads - at about 20 in (50 cm) centers along a 5.5 in (14 cm) base, with an adjustment range of about plus or minus 1 in (25 mm).
What it changes. Installers level each module to a string line or laser, then lock the feet. Small square notches in the toe-kick let them reach the adjusters without removing anything.
Construction. Hardwood and engineered-ply frame; standard geometry 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 22 in (56 cm) depth, 39 in (100 cm) back. Leveling hardware can be combined with the PinLine joint system for long runs.
Rollout notes. Specify leveling as standard on all booth modules in the program; it costs less than a single return visit to a store with a rocking booth.
